National Quitter’s Day

Have you given up on your New Year’s resolution?

Research by the fitness tracking app Strava shows that about 80% of New Year’s resolutions fizzle out by the second Friday of January, a day now dubbed ‘Quitter’s Day’.

But what if quitting isn’t a failure?

What if it’s the smartest thing you can do?

I wrote a blog post about quitting last year. A year on, I’m still fascinated by change and habits.

How do we build lasting change for ourselves and our teams? The answer often starts with quitting.

Why We Fear Quitting

Humans are wired to avoid loss -whether it’s financial, emotional or social.

This fear often keeps us stuck in jobs, relationships or routines that no longer serve us.

But what if, instead of focusing on what you may lose, you consider what could you gain?

By intentionally letting go, you create space for something new, purposeful, and aligned to your goals.

The Science Behind Intentional Change

Through my Positive Intelligence Course, I help individuals and teams to identify the mental and emotional blocks that hold them back.

Based on neuroscience, this coaching programme empowers people to:

• Focus on intentional, achievable goals.

•Let go of habits or patterns that hinder them.

•Build resilience and clarity for long-term success.

Ready to Quit What Doesn’t Serve You?

I’m now taking bookings for the March open programme. If you’re curious about how this can work for you, explore the details here
